Bài viết cho thấy Án lệ số 62/2023/AL giải quyết được hai vấn đề lớn là xác định được thời điểm bắt đầu nghĩa vụ cấp dưỡng của cha mẹ đối với con và hệ quả của việc xác định thời điểm bắt đầu nghĩa vụ này. Bài viết cũng cho biết những hoàn cảnh tương tự để có thể áp dụng Án lệ này.
