Thực trạng gia tăng số lượng người lao động còn trong độ tuổi lao động nhận bảo hiểm xã hội một lần sẽ dẫn đến hệ quả là không đảm bảo an sinh cho bản thân họ khi đến tuổi nghỉ hưu, đồng thời làm gia tăng số lượng người hưởng trợ cấp hưu trí xã hội trong tương lai và thêm gánh nặng cho ngân sách nhà nước. Do vậy, bài viết này sẽ đóng góp một số ý kiến sửa đổi quy định bảo hiểm xã hội một lần tại Luật Bảo hiểm xã hội năm 2014 và đề xuất một số giải pháp.
