Bài viết phân tích và đánh giá các khía cạnh của quyền riêng tư liên quan đến dữ liệu cá nhân, đặc biệt là việc công khai danh tính và kết quả thi của thí sinh trong các kỳ thi chuyên biệt. Bài viết liên hệ với pháp luật của Liên minh châu Âu về vấn đề này và từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm bảo vệ quyền riêng tư đối với dữ liệu cá nhân của thí sinh.
