Trong bài viết này, nhóm tác giả sẽ phân tích về phiên tòa xét xử sơ thẩm trực tuyến vụ án dân sự, từ đó xác định loại tranh chấp bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng áp dụng thủ tục xét xử trực tuyến. Đồng thời, nhóm tác giả cũng tìm hiểu kinh nghiệm của một số quốc gia trên thế giới làm cơ sở cho kiến nghị hoàn thiện quy định và áp dụng pháp luật của Việt Nam.
