Nguyên tắc tư pháp độc lập là nền tảng của hầu hết các nhà nước pháp quyền văn minh, là nguyên tắc quan trọng trong tổ chức, hoạt động của hệ thống tư pháp hiện đại trên thế giới. Bài viết này sẽ tập trung vào phân tích mô hình hội đồng tư pháp của Pháp và Ý để từ đó rút kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng và hoàn thiện mô hình này ở Việt Nam, đặc biệt là trong bối cảnh thực hiện Nghị quyết số 27-NQ/TW ngày 09/11/2022 về tiếp tục xây dựng và hoàn thiện Nhà nước pháp quyền xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam trong giai đoạn mới.
