Xe tự lái là một ứng dụng quan trọng trong bối cảnh công nghệ trên thế giới phát triển vượt bậc, đem đến nhiều lợi ích cũng như thách thức. Bài viết này phân tích các thảo luận trong khoa học pháp lý của Hoa Kỳ về trách nhiệm hình sự liên quan đến xe tự lái, so sánh với khoa học pháp lý hình sự Việt Nam và đưa ra những khuyến nghị cho Việt Nam.
