Năng lượng tái tạo (NLTT) được xem là xu hướng tất yếu của ngành năng lượng trên thế giới hiện nay. Thực tiễn cho thấy quá trình ban hành và thực hiện các chính sách chuyển dịch năng lượng và phát triển NLTT nếu thiếu nhất quán và thận trọng có thể làm gia tăng nguy cơ xảy ra tranh chấp giữa nhà đầu tư nước ngoài và quốc gia tiếp nhận đầu tư. Bài viết sẽ tập trung vào việc phân tích một số tranh chấp đầu tư quốc tế điển hình trong lĩnh vực NLTT, từ đó rút ra những lưu ý cho Việt Nam trong quá trình phát triển và chuyển đổi năng lượng, phù hợp với xu hướng chung toàn cầu.
