Trách nhiệm sản phẩm đối với xe tự lái dưới góc độ pháp luật bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng – Kinh nghiệm từ pháp luật Cộng hòa Pháp

Xe tự lái được phát minh nhằm giảm thiểu những bất cẩn không đáng có trong quá trình điều khiển phương tiện của con người. Với khả năng được điều khiển hoàn toàn bằng trí tuệ nhân tạo, trách nhiệm sản phẩm đặt ra đối với doanh nghiệp sản xuất ô tô tự lái lại càng trở nên nghiêm ngặt hơn. Tuy nhiên, nếu trách nhiệm sản phẩm quá nghiêm ngặt thì hệ quả là động lực sáng tạo, phát triển công nghệ mới cũng sẽ mất đi và ngược lại. Qua phân tích pháp luật của Cộng hòa Pháp, một trong những quốc gia đi đầu về pháp luật trí tuệ nhân tạo thuộc Liên minh châu Âu và có hệ thống pháp luật thân thuộc với Việt Nam, bài viết sẽ tìm kiếm câu trả lời cho câu hỏi: Liệu có thể vừa đảm bảo quyền lợi người tiêu dùng trong khi vẫn thúc đẩy được lợi ích kinh tế của doanh nghiệp sản xuất với trường hợp cụ thể là xe tự lái?
