Bài viết phân tích và so sánh các cam kết của Hiệp định thương mại dịch vụ ASEAN (ATISA) về dịch vụ phụ trợ vận tải hàng không (PTVTHK) và thấy rằng các cam kết này trong ATISA được đưa ra ở mức độ “sâu” và “rộng” hơn so với cam kết của Tổ chức thương mại thế giới (World Trade Organization, WTO) và các hiệp định thương mại mà Việt Nam là thành viên. Bên cạnh đó, dựa trên những phân tích, đánh giá trên, bài viết gợi mở những vấn đề đặt ra đối với Việt Nam để tận dụng được cơ hội từ ATISA.
