Việc tham gia và thực thi Hiệp định về Trợ cấp nghề cá của Tổ chức Thương mại Thế giới (World Trade Organization, WTO) đặt ra nhiều vấn đề đối với các Thành viên của WTO, đặc biệt là các quốc gia đang phát triển. Bài viết trả lời những câu hỏi sau: Trong quá trình xây dựng Hiệp định, đâu là những vấn đề chính mà các Thành viên gặp phải? Chế độ đối xử đặc biệt và khác biệt được quy định trong Hiệp định có những điểm yếu nào và các Thành viên WTO đang đưa ra ý tưởng nào để khắc phục chúng? Việt Nam cần chú ý điều gì khi tham gia và thực thi Hiệp định?
