Pháp luật tố tụng hình sự Việt Nam hiện nay chưa quy định cụ thể về thủ tục thu thập chứng cứ điện tử, do đó thực tiễn áp dụng còn tùy nghi, làm ảnh hưởng đến giá trị chứng minh của chứng cứ. Bài viết phân tích các vấn đề pháp lý về thủ tục thu thập chứng cứ điện tử và đề xuất giải pháp hoàn thiện.
