Kỷ nguyên số đã mang lại những thay đổi đáng kể trong việc kiểm soát quyền lực và thực thi các quyền cơ bản, nhưng chưa được nghiên cứu đầy đủ trong khoa học pháp lý. Bài viết này phân tích cách thức công nghệ số ảnh hưởng đến thành phần quan trọng của hiến pháp và các nguyên lý của chủ nghĩa hiến pháp hiện đại. Bài viết ủng hộ cách tiếp cận cân bằng để tìm hiểu hiến pháp và thực tiễn hiến pháp lý trong kỷ nguyên số ở Việt Nam hiện nay.
