Quyền sở hữu giữ vị trí then chốt trong đời sống cá nhân và cộng đồng, đồng thời là động lực chủ đạo thúc đẩy sự phát triển bền vững của quốc gia. Để quyền sở hữu thực sự phát huy tiềm năng to lớn, góp phần kiến tạo sự thịnh vượng cho con người và xã hội, đòi hỏi những thiết chế pháp lý vững mạnh, bảo vệ quyền này một cách toàn diện và hiệu quả. Bài viết phân tích vai trò của pháp quyền trong việc bảo vệ quyền sở hữu.
