Bài viết phân tích cơ chế tác động, mối quan hệ giữa định giá carbon và chuyển đổi xanh, các mô hình định giá carbon đang được áp dụng trên thế giới, từ đó rút ra những bài học quan trọng giúp Việt Nam hoàn thiện cơ chế pháp lý về định giá carbon, đảm bảo tính hiệu quả, minh bạch và khả thi trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi xanh và phát triển bền vững.
