Bài viết này thông qua việc nghiên cứu kinh nghiệm quy định và áp dụng hệ thống giao dịch phát thải và thuế carbon của Hàn Quốc, Nhật Bản (hai quốc gia có nền kinh tế phát triển của châu Á) để đưa ra những bài học kinh nghiệm, phục vụ cho quá trình hoàn thiện pháp luật Việt Nam về các công cụ tài chính này để đạt được mục tiêu ứng phó biến đổi khí hậu và Net Zero như cam kết.
