Một trong những hàng hóa được giao dịch trên thị trường carbon Việt Nam là tín chỉ carbon thu được từ cơ chế theo Điều 6 Thỏa thuận Paris. Điều 6.4 Thỏa thuận Paris tạo điều kiện cho các quốc gia đạt được các mục tiêu trong ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu. Bài viết trước tiên sẽ phân tích các vấn đề pháp lý về cơ chế tín chỉ carbon theo Điều 6.4, từ đó, đề xuất một số giải pháp cho Việt Nam để tham gia vào thị trường carbon theo Điều 6.4.
