Trọng tài là phương thức giải quyết tranh chấp ngoài tòa án hiện đã trở nên rất phổ biến và được các bên trong quan hệ thương mại ưu tiên lựa chọn bởi đặc thù nhanh chóng, hiệu quả và phát huy tối đa ý chí tự do thỏa thuận của các bên. Trước sự phát triển của công nghệ số, các cơ chế giải quyết tranh chấp mới mang những đặc điểm tương đồng với trọng tài truyền thống xuất hiện để đáp ứng nhu cầu của nền kinh tế số đã đặt ra nhiều vấn đề pháp lý thú vị. Trong bài viết này, tác giả sẽ giới thiệu cơ chế giải quyết tranh chấp Kleros, được xây dựng trên nền tảng chuỗi khối và phân tích vì sao Mexico đã công nhận và cho thi hành một phán quyết được tạo ra bởi cơ chế này với tư cách là một phán quyết trọng tài.
