Bài viết đánh giá tính khả thi của pháp luật hiện hành về chất lượng sản phẩm, hàng hóa; thu hồi sản phẩm, hàng hóa và bồi thường thiệt hại qua ba vụ việc thực tiễn: mì Hảo Hảo Acecook bị thu hồi tại EU (2021-2022); xúc xích Vietfoods bị cáo buộc chứa chất cấm (2016); và kẹo rau củ Kera vi phạm quy định về ghi nhãn (2024 - 2025). Với phương pháp nghiên cứu phân tích, tổng hợp, nhóm tác giả chỉ ra những bất cập của pháp luật và những vướng mắc trong thực tiễn áp dụng pháp luật. Từ đó, nhóm tác giả đề xuất những kiến nghị hoàn thiện quy định về chất lượng sản phẩm, hàng hóa; chế định thu hồi sản phẩm và trách nhiệm sản phẩm; đưa ra giải pháp nhằm quản lý hiệu quả chất lượng hàng hóa, sản phẩm và bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng.
