Bài viết tập trung phân tích khung pháp lý về cơ chế giải quyết tranh chấp tại trung tâm tài chính quốc tế (international financial center, IFC), qua đó nhận diện những bất cập và điểm mờ định chế có thể gây trở ngại cho quá trình thực thi trên thực tế. Tác giả phân tích quyền lựa chọn phương thức và cơ quan tài phán, tiêu chí phân định thẩm quyền giữa các cơ quan giải quyết tranh chấp, xác định phạm vi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoạt động đầu tư, kinh doanh đặc thù tại IFC. Trên cơ sở khái quát hóa mô hình giải quyết tranh chấp tại IFC Astana (Astana International Financial Centre, AIFC), đặc biệt là cơ chế phối hợp giữa Tòa án và Trung tâm trọng tài quốc tế, bài viết đề xuất một số giải pháp hoàn thiện nhằm tối ưu hóa việc triển khai và vận hành cơ chế giải quyết tranh chấp tại Việt Nam trong tương lai.
