“Tẩy xanh” và quản lý nhà nước trong kiểm soát truyền thông tại Việt Nam

Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và tiêu dùng xanh hướng đến tiêu dùng bền vững ngày càng được quan tâm, chú trọng, xây dựng nhận thức về môi trường của các doanh nghiệp đến với người tiêu dùng ngày càng được gia tăng, theo đó, việc chi trả các sản phẩm xanh được đánh giá cao hơn so với những sản phẩm cùng loại trong phân khúc thị trường nhằm khẳng định vị thế của thị trường, cũng như thay đổi quan điểm nhận thức sản phẩm, hướng đến tiêu dùng bền vững thì còn có những mặt tiêu cực trong truyền thông nhằm lợi dụng nội dung xanh để đưa ra các thông tin sai lệch hoặc phóng đại về hiệu suất mang lại thực tế. Được xem là hoạt động “tẩy xanh” và dẫn đến thiệt hại về tài chính của người tiêu dùng của như phản ứng tiêu cực về niềm tin của thị trường sản phẩm xanh đặt ra các vấn đề liên quan đến quản lý về truyền thông thông tin tại Việt Nam hiện nay. Bài viết dựa trên cơ sở lý luận về tẩy xanh và nghiên cứu định tính thông qua thảo luận nhóm bằng phần mềm NVIVO nhằm đánh giá mức độ nhận thức về tẩy xanh của người tiêu dùng hiện nay, cũng như thực trạng trong quản lý nhà nước về truyền thông, từ đó đưa ra một số khuyến nghị nhằm bảo vệ người tiêu dùng, đảm bảo môi trường cạnh tranh lành mạnh và bền vững.
