Bài viết đưa ra những phân tích chuyên sâu về cam kết việc làm thỏa đáng trong các Hiệp định thương mại tự do thế hệ mới (New Generation Free Trade Agreements, NGFTA) của Liên minh châu Âu (European Union, EU), đặc biệt, tập trung vào Hiệp định Thương mại Tự do EU-Việt Nam (EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement, EVFTA). Bài viết làm rõ nghĩa vụ của Việt Nam, vấn đề thực thi và đề xuất giải pháp giúp Việt Nam và các đối tác EU thực hiện cam kết hiệu quả.
